The following procedures are designed to verify the details and costs of an Internet order and to prevent credit card fraud.
Payment
All Internet orders must be pre-paid by credit card, or by certified check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Please note that if the "ship to" address is different from the your billing address, this alternate address needs to be registered with your credit card company by calling the 800 number on the back of your card. We will send you a credit card receipt, and an invoice, with your shipment.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with the equipment purchased, you may return the product to us within 10 days of the invoice date and we'll refund the full price, including tax, less freight and restocking charges. Please call for a return authorization.
Returned equipment must be in "like new" condition. Ship the equipment to us with a copy of your invoice in the original packaging. Local dealers cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from us.
The Customer agrees to pay a restocking fee equal to 20 percent of the equipment's invoice value plus all "to" and "return" shipping charges for canceled orders or returning equipment for any reason. Proof of purchase is required for all returned merchandise.
Special orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Delivery Options
All items are shipped at Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics chosen delivery method, which is typically by USPS Priority mail, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Odd shapes and orders weighing more than 150 pounds cannot be sent UPS. Delivery charges and delivery time vary by item and destination.
Radio Channel Programming
We offer programming on radios we sell as well as other manufactures.  Ask your sale representative for details.
Protection of Information
We constantly strive to protect all information exchanged in the bidding and ordering process. Our confidentiality procedures ensure that:

New Product Warranties
New batteries and accessories are warranted for 1 year. Both the manufacturer's warranties and Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics limited warranties cover all defects in material and workmanship for the period stated. Warranties will not cover equipment to which repairs are attempted by the Customer, or anyone else, other than Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics, or a dealer authorized by the manufacturer of the equipment.
Installation of parts or accessories, product modification or failure to follow instructions contained in the operator's manual is also not covered. Damage due to removal of equipment from vehicles is not covered. Any unit which has the serial number defaced, modified or removed shall be considered abused and will not be repaired.
Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics and the manufacturer will not be responsible for ancillary equipment furnished by the Customer which is attached to or used in connection with the equipment. We disclaim any liability for range and coverage.
Warranty Repairs
 Warranty repairs or replacement must be handled by returning the equipment to us.
Equipment presented for warranty repair requires proof of purchase showing complete purchase information prior to repair. Please safeguard your proof of purchase so we, or any other authorized dealers, can verify purchase date, warranty period, etc.
Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics and/or the manufacturer are not responsible under warranty terms for incorrect installation, abuse or misuse of equipment including damage by fire or water; breakage of antenna, microphone, battery or transceiver.
Liability Restrictions
Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics provides links to other sites that are not maintained by us. We do not endorse those sites and are not responsible for the content of such other sites.
Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics is not responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures including network connections; incomplete or delayed computer transmissions; or for scrambled or incomplete information sent or received.
The Customer agrees that Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics shall not be liable for, and shall be held harmless, and shall be indemnified by Customer, for any and all claims and damages of every kind, including personal injury, special or consequential damages, arising out of the use of any service or equipment provided by Moradio.com/Strutman Electronics.
